Indian Hawthorn is a bushy and rounded evergreen shrub. It has dark green elliptical leathery textured foliage and produces very fragrant whitish pink flowers during spring which mature into dark blue berries in winter. It is often trimmed into a hedge or simply used in pot containers. It requires moderate water and is best pruned back every so often to retain its bushy reputation.
